Rod of Fishing is a Gathering Tool. It costs 2 
Fate Fabric and 1 
Bronze to unlock.
It can be upgraded for 2 
Twin Lures and 4 
Driftwood, granting the ability to catch rarer fish.
Once unlocked, there is always a 1% chance of a Fishing Point. This rises to 25% when the Rod of Fishing is equipped. The Familiar Toula grants an additional +10% chance to find Fishing Points, rising to +12.5% when Rested.
