The Final Guardian of a Path must be defeated to mark a night as a successful clear. Unlike other Encounters, the game ends upon defeating them and leaving the room. When Chronos is defeated, the player will be shown a record of their battle. Eris is currently a placeholder, and while she does count towards successful clears, she does not show a similar record screen.
